So honored to be part of musical theater writer Nadav Wiesel's industry presentation of his song cycle, Femmes Fatale! I'll have the fun of playing both Pandora (with that darned box of hers!) and silent movie star Theda Bara.
Just made some demos of tunes from The Baroque Cycle for composer/lyricist Jonathon Lynch. I had so much fun singing these comedic soprano songs that are a fab blend of musical theater and art song!
My musical, The Brontës, written with Lucas Syed and Katie Palmer, had three weeks of workshop performances outside the beautiful Old Stone House in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Produced by Piper Theatre and Theater in Asylum, this was a dream come true!
